2010 Inter Schools Tennis Cup - Orange & Green Divisions
The Orange and Green divisions of the MLC Hot Shots division of the Inter Schools Tennis Cup kick off in earnest on Sunday 29th August 2010. This challenge is contested by nine local schools with six schools entering more than one team!
The Inter Schools Tennis Cup is played over five weeks culminating in a finals / exhibition match day on Sunday the 7th November 2010 when all of the children who have played get the opportunity to play at the Queensland Tennis Centre at 190 King Arthur Terrace, Tennyson. All teams will participate in an exhibition with schools from other districts and school uniforms are to be worn. The final will be played between the highest placed teams from Pool A and Pool B. The day starts off at 9.00am and finishes with a presentation at 10.45am when all players wil receive a certificate and Gift Pack.
Parents and spectators are most welcome to come and cheer on the children as they play for their school teams.
