Triathlon Training Groups
It's not too late to join our training groups. You don't have to do the triathlon to participate, you just have to want to learn a new style of training (and have some fun in the process).
Training has started, but we will give you a pro-rated amount if you want to join the groups. See reception for details.
Red Cross Charity Ride

Instructor Profile
My name is Luke Sokolovic. I have been a Body Attack instructor for four years now and love it!
My passion behind Body Attack is simple, the music is fantastic & in return it motivates me and my team and we have and awesome class every time. I was a member at the Gap Health And Racquet for 3 years before I started teaching Body Attack and I was one of those members who would always be up the front of the class & know the moves sometimes better then the instructor. I then thought to my self... "why not get paid to do something that I love". So from that day on I was dedicated to becoming a Body Attack instructor.
One of my highlights with Body Attack is the "Attack By Request" which the gym held in early 09. This consisted of myself another instructor, 40 participants and over 2.5hrs of exercise. I can say that, that was the best time I have ever had exercising and the spark and energy that we got from the members was amazing.
Looking back over the last four years I can say that Body Attack is all about having fun & exercising with great music and with great moves.
Congratulations
Congratulations to Jade & Tim Czerkesow on the arrival of their new baby girl Sophia Catherine born 20/07/09 @ 8.00pm
