Join Chantal for a 60 minute boxing session that includes cardio, strength training and core workout to sculpt your summer body and get you in peak physical condition.

TRI TRAINING is BACK!
Tuesday and Thursday 6am
Triathlon training is a 10 week program starting Tuesday 4th October until Thursday 6th December. Tri Training is available on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 6-7am at The Gap Health & Racquet Club and at the Ferny Hills Pool. Training will be mostly 'block' training—for example—30min bike then 30min run, or 30min swim then 30min run.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A BIKE! - with some training the indoor cycling bikes are used, but Janine encourages you to access a bike (to use through the 10 week training period if possible.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A GOOD SWIMMER or BIKE RIDER or RUNNER! The training is designed for various fitness levels; from absolute beginners through to triathletes who want to improve their performance.
It is recommended to do triathlon training twice a week, though you can join for one weekly session.
Cost
TUE AND THU - TRI TRAIN - Upfront $360, or Direct Debit $80 fortnightly

METABOLIC TRAINING
Monday 6.30pm or Wednesday 9.30am
Metabolic training with Janinecombines high intensity aerobic and resistance training which increases your metabolism for optimum fat burning and fitness gains. Be quick, this is a very popular group training and fills up fast!
