Group Personal Training

The new season of Group Personal Training is here!  These 10 Week training programs are designed to get you into shape for SPRING!  Group Personal Training is the fastest, most cost effective way of getting into shape with the guidance and expertise of a Personal Trainer ensuring you are on track and focused on your goals! 

FAB ABS with Alicia on WEDNESDAY at 6.30PM for 45 minutes, cost $300.  Starts Wednesday 3rdAugust. 

The benefits of having a strong core include reduced back pain, a more upright posture, improved tone and shape of the stomach area, and a reduced waist size.  The FAB AB workout uses Mat Pilates, the Pilates Reformer as well as the latest exercises to improve your core strength quickly and efficiently. 

 

10 WEEKS TO A 6 PACK with Jamie MONDAY AND THURSDAY 6.00AM for 60 minutes, cost $350 (includes 2 sessions).  Starts Monday 18thJuly.  

10 WEEKS TO A 6 PACK is a 10 week program designed to strip body fat in the easiest and fastest possible way. Jamie will combine indoor and outdoor training to help you get fitter and slimmer, with each passing week.  This 10 week weight loss program will benefit all levels of fitness and gender with exercise sessions to burn calories and raise your metabolism on a permanent basis.

 

METABOLIC TRAINING with Janine on MONDAY 6.30pm or WEDNESDAY  9.30am for 60  minutes, cost $250.  Starts Monday 11thJuly

 METABOLIC TRAINING with Janine combines high intensity aerobic and resistance training, which increases your metabolism for optimum fat burning and fitness gains.  Be quick, this is a very popular group training and fills up fast!

 

BODY BLITZ with Janine on TUESDAY 6.00am for 60 minutes, cost $150.  Starts Monday 11thJuly. 

 BODY BLITZ is about changing your body fast - get fitter quicker and look awesome at the same time!  Body Blitz is a high intensity cardio, core and strength workout. It is a ten week program for people with a base level fitness.  Could you do ten rounds of 200m sprint, 20 pushups, then 20 box-squat jumps in under 15 minutes? Can you improve your time by at least 10% in 5 weeks? The BODY BLITZ challenge is on.

Women’s Weight Loss Guru Group with Jamie   Tuesday 5thJuly – 6.15pm, Thursday 7thJuly – 6.15pm, Tuesday 12thJuly – 6.15pm, Thursday 14thJuly – 6.15pm.

Resistance and cardio based training to increase fat loss and decrease stress levels.  This 45 minute session is designed for women of all abilities to increase body fat loss and increase muscle tone.

Body Blitz is about changing your body fast - get fitter quicker and look like it too!  Body Blitz is a high intensity cardio, core and strength workout.

 Boot camp with Jamie  Monday 4thJuly – 6.30AM

Boot camp style training  – flipping tires, push ups, running, jumping – just generally running wild outside!

 Punch&RIDE

 NEW CLASS - Tuesday 6am & Tuesday 6pm (Starts 11th July)

Punch&RIDE  uses the 2 most effective exercises to get into shape – indoor cycling and boxing.  The first cardio section is in the cycle room where you will work on your cardiovascular fitness and leg definition, then into the boxing area to continue your fitness training and tone the upper body using boxing bags and focus pads.  This 55 minute class will increase cardiovascular fitness, reduce body fat, as well as tone the legs, arms and stomach.  It is a great program for beginners and experienced members. 

If you are a beginner, and would like to do only the boxing (30 minutes) or cycle (30 minutes) please talk to the instructor before the class.  

GroupRIDE®

 NEW CLASS - Tuesday 9.15am, Wednesday 5.30pm, Sunday 9.15am (Starts 18th July)

 In addition to RPM™ we would like to introduce GroupRIDE® – the NEW cycling program on the block!  Change your cycling workout by introducing new intervals, new music and new challenges in this cycle program called the Ulitmate Ride!

 Everyone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you ride on!

Welcome Jamie Murray to the Personal Training Team

I have been a Personal Trainer for 2 years which has enabled me to develop my own unique training style that gets results fast.  I am a 24 year old, mother of one and am passionate about health and exercise, and getting the best out of each and every day. 

Being a mother, I have a soft spot for new mothers wanting to get back their pre-baby bodies, as well as working with people struggling with the “last 5kg”!  Known as the 'Weight Loss Guru' - my speciality is developing programs for individuals including diet and lifestyle choices for special events such as weddings and birthdays. NEW Service

Welcome Dalibor Bendzala to the Rehab Team

PhysioLogix Therapy Solution, based upstairs at the gym, is excited to announce that Dalibor Bendzala, remedial and sports massage therapist will be joining the practice.

Having completed a Bachelor Health Science (musculoskeletal therapy), Diploma of Sport and Diploma Remedial Massage, Dalibor used his familiarity and knowledge of biomechanics to specialize in massage and soft tissue release for elite athletes and performance enhancement.  His experience also allows him to utilize techniques for those with everyday aches and pains. 

 Dailor is currently working with elite Brisbane sporting teams including Broncos, Brisbane Roar and QLD Firebirds.  He has previously worked with QLD Reds for 3 years.  Dalibor’s tennis background allows him to be treating some of Queensland’s and Australia’s leading juniors and working at the 2011 Brisbane International as a massage therapist for the WTA, as well as touring with touch football and triathlon teams. 

He has complete several professional development programs including sports nutrition, sports massage, dry needling and strapping courses which enables a wider and superior range of techniques to prevent and treat pain, whilst maintaining and enhancing performance.
