Group Fitness Timetable Changes
Additions
Saturday BODYPUMP™ 5.00pm (NEW ADDITION)
Tuesday PUNCH & RIDE6.00am (NEW ADDITION)
PUNCH & RIDE combines the two best activities to get fit and lose weight! This class combines the best of both worlds - indoor cycling and Mixed Martial Arts. If you are looking to tone and strengthen the legs as well as the arms and shoulders while getting a great cardio workout – Tania will see you 6.00am Tuesday!
Departures
Last Friday 5.30pm Zumba class will be on July 8th– This class has been removed due to low numbers
Last Tuesday 6.00am BODYCOMBAT® class will be on 5thJuly - This class has been removed due to low numbers. We will look at returning this class for Summer
Time Changes
Saturday RPM Starting time changed to 4.00pm (due to BODYPUMP® addition will enable participation in both classes)
Sunday RPM Starting time changed to 4.00pm (due to noise in BODYBALANCE™ upstairs)

Benay Wettle and The Gap Health and Racquet Personal Trainers will discuss 7 different techniques that you can use to empower and motivate yourself. Once these tools are learned they will stay with you for life and can impact other areas of life.
Benay is a nomadic Texan chick who has recently moved to Brisbane with her hubby/soul mate, new baby and 2 dogs. She runs a consultancy and online business, which helps people all over the world develop their personal vision statements, set goals and manage their time better. She knows that changing your thinking is the root cause of all personal success and is excited to have the opportunity to share some of her secrets with Gap Health and Racquet Club Members in July's exclusive seminar. She has 10 years experience as a business analyst, holds a diploma in life coaching, is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and is a qualified public speaker and trainer.
