Punch&RIDE

Tuesday 6am and Tuesday 6pm

During August, participate in a Punch&RIDE class and you will enter the draw to win your own Madison Training Gloves! 

Punch&RIDE uses the indoor bikes for 30 minutes of cardio work, and then heads into the gym for 30 minutes of boxing training using pads and bags.  Guaranteed to increase your fitness level and improve muscular tone in only 6 weeks.  This is a great class for all fitness levels.

Ladies Casual Group Personal Training

It's Ladies Night!

Tuesday nights Jamie will be holding Ladies Group Personal Training session you can join for $10.  Group Personal Training is a fun and effective way to get fit.  Jamie will focus on specific areas for Women's Training - targeting fat loss and increasing muscle tone. 

  • Starting 9thAugust Tuesday 5.30pm
  • 45 minutes Training Session with a Personal Tainer
  • Pay $10.00 at reception on the night to join the group
  • Meeting on the couches at reception

Massage Now Here At The Gym!

 As part of the services at PhysioLogix Therapy Solutions (based here at the gym), we now offer Massage Therapy.

 Massage, or soft tissue therapy is used to treat a wide range of muscular conditions & disorders. Common conditions which can be relieved by soft tissue therapy are outlined below.

Thanks to their extensive experience & degree qualification, our massage therapists use a wider range of techniques to help alleviate pain & restore function. Techniques used during the consultation are varied and personalised for the condition and client’s needs. These may include deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, myofascial release & dry needling, amongst many others.

These & other techniques can be effective when used on their own. However our musculoskeltal massage therapists understand that these techniques, when combined, are much more likely to reduce pain & improve performance.
