Win A Trip Trip To Tour de France

Last chance to win a trip to the Tour de France!  Or the Les Mills Body Bike mountain bike at reception!

All you need to do is participate in a RPM™ class during January, get an entry form from your instructor, fill it out and put it in the entry box at reception.

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the Les Mills programmes, a new RPM® class is released every three months with new music and choreography

Benefits of RPM™ include

Increase your cardiovascular fitness

Burn fat

Tone and shape your legs, hips, and butt

Increase leg stretch and muscular endurance without building bulk

Burn up to 600 calories in a normal 50 minute structure

Release endorphins to leave you with a natural high

The competition ends on the 31 January – the mountain bike will be drawn the following day, the Tour de France prize (regional) will be drawn the following week.

iCycle

New name has been chosen for The Gap Health and Racquets newest cycle program – iCycle.

iCycle is a freestyle spin program designed to compliment your Les Mills RPM™ program.  Unlike RPM™ the format, music and drills are at the command of the instructor!

What can you expect?

Latest top 40 music, 55 minute format, more speed work for bigger fitness gains and higher fat burning potential, and more options for beginners.

How is it different from RPM™?

iCycle will add a different dimension to your training with a longer and different format.  If you have been participating in RPM™ for a long period of time, your body can come accustom to the training format and your fitness results may be diminished.  Try iCycle to add variety and increase your fitness gains.
