Personal training is about training smarter, so come and try the experience today. Our qualified instructors keep up to date with the latest in exercise science, so they can pass the benefits on to you.

A personal trainer will help you with your technique and motivate and inspire you every step of the way. In a half hour session we will use a variety of exercises and training styles to suit your personal fitness level, ability and lifestyle goals.

Our friendly, qualified personal trainers will guide you to achieving your fitness goals with either a personal training session, or a fully tailored lifestyle package, depending on your needs. See our packages below for the plan that’s right for you.

  1. Membership Package

    Available to all gym membership holders (excluding casual visit passes). Members will receive three complimentary sessions with a fitness consultant plus a FREE reassessment and new program every 8 weeks.

  2. No Frills, Get Fit Package

    Thirty minute personal training session. Includes regular fitness assessment by your trainer to ensure you and your trainer are on track to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.

  3. Lifestyle Package

    Thirty minute personal training session. Includes regular fitness assessment by your trainer to ensure you and your trainer are on track to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.

    Extras

    • A personalised nutritional plan which will be reviewed monthly by your trainer.
    • A program written by your personal trainer for you to utilise outside your regular personal training session.
    • 20% discount on your gym membership.
  4. Lifestyle Plus Package

    Thirty minute personal training session. Includes regular fitness assessment by your trainer to ensure you and your trainer are on track to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.

    Extras

    • A personalised nutritional plan which will be reviewed monthly by your trainer.
    • A program written by your personal trainer for you to utilise outside your regular personal training session.
    • A food and exercise diary for you to use to track your progress which will be reviewed fortnightly in your free nutritional check up.
    • Email and phone support with your trainer.
    • 30% discount on your gym membership.

*Discount to gym membership only applies for the duration of the Personal Training Package. Forty-eight-hour cancellation clause applies to all sessions.

Personal Training Times

7 days a week | 5.30 am until late Monday - Friday | 8.00 am weekends.

Child Minding

Child minding is available in our Kids Club Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am - 12.00 pm.
