A personal trainer will help you with your technique and motivate and inspire you every step of the way. In a half hour session we will use a variety of exercises and training styles to suit your personal fitness level, ability and lifestyle goals.

Our friendly, qualified personal trainers will guide you to achieving your fitness goals with either a personal training session, or a fully tailored lifestyle package, depending on your needs. See our packages below for the plan that’s right for you.

Personal Training Prices

Thirty minute personal training session. Includes regular fitness assessment by your trainer to ensure you and your trainer are on track to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals

Group PT

Group Personal Training is a great and affordable way to get fit, achieve results and reach your goals. We offer a variety of group sessions including Weights & Cardio training, KickFit, Boxing, Ladies and Men's Only session

7 days a week | 5.30 am until late Monday - Friday | 8.00 am - 6.00 pm weekends.

Child Minding

Child minding is available in our Kids Club Monday to Friday, from 8.55 am - 12.00 pm.
