With the latest computerized cardio vascular training equipment
such as treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, steppers and bikes, your fitness
levels will increase in a safe, time efficient way with features such
as pulse monitoring and programmability. Our strength training machines
are cutting edge with features such as 5 kg increments and converging
/ diverging motions.
The group fitness classes include Body Pump, Body Step,
Body Balance, Body Attack and Cross Trainer each tailored to suit varying
levels of fitness with lively motivational music and clear directions
from our Instructors in a Fun environment. View timetable

We have a range of computerized cardio machines to
assist you in many areas. Cardio training will not only assist you with
improved fitness levels but is a key to weight loss. Each of our machines
are very user friendly.

Strength
and conditioning studio
We have a range of free and pin loaded weights for
your use. The benefit of weight training for all ages is enormous. Here
are just some of the benefits:
- Increased strength
The main benefit of a individual weight training program is increased
muscle strength, making your day to day tasks easier.
- Stronger bones
People of all ages will benefit from increased bone density due this
type of training. This will lead to less chance of bone injury and osteoporosis.
- Sport specific
We can design a specific program to suit the needs of your individual
sport.
- Reduced body fat
Combined with a cardio exercise program, weight training can assist
in the reduction of body fat.
- Depression
Studies have shown that weight training can be an effective way of controlling
depression when used in conjunction with other therapies.

Group fitness
classes
We offer 25 group fitness classes each week. These
classes are catered for all ages and fitness levels. We operate on a token
system and these can be collected up to 15 minutes before the class commences.
Make sure you are early to reserve your place in the class. Classes are
limited to 30 people. Here is a brief description of each of our most
popular classes. If you have any further questions please contact the
club.
- BODYPUMP is a 45-60 minute class using
barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while
raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. The most successful group
fitness program in history. After an initial warm-up, all the major
muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including
squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch.
BODYPUMP is proven to be "the world’s fastest way to get
in shape" by research which has confirmed higher than expected
fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and 'wellness' benefits.
- BODYATTACK is a cardiovascular interval
training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and
stabilisation exercises. Classes are high in motivation, provided by
dynamic instructors and exciting music. All participants can achieve
their fitness goals by following the simple movements. BODYATTACK is
a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance
and an increase in overall body strength.
- BODYSTEP is a cardiovascular program
that uses a height-adjustable step. Providing a high energy cardio workout
to music, BODYSTEP features high intensity intervals followed by muscle
conditioning tracks designed to shape and tone the entire lower body
while pushing fat-burning systems into high gear. Using simple-to-follow
moves and inspirational music BODYSTEP allows you to train at the intensity
you want without having to think too hard. Simple yet effective pre-choreography
prescribes a high-energy, athletic cardio blast that provides a range
of benefits including muscle toning, calorie burning and lower body
muscle definition.
- BODYBALANCE is a revolution in mind-body
training.
A dynamic, fitness-to-music program that leaves you feeling relaxed
and renewed, BODYBALANCE combines the best of eastern disciplines, like
yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates. Controlled
breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches,
moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into
a state of harmony and balance.
- BODYVIVE is an enjoyable, low-impact
class using balls and tubes that will provide you with aerobic exercise
for heart fitness, resistance training for strength, and stretching
for mobility. If you have never been to a group exercise class or have

you’re already active or looking to take up exercise, you’ll

Raw Power in Motion
(RPM)
Raw Power in Motion! An awesome studio cycling class
which will lead you on a journey of total calorie destruction! RPM is
fantastic for shaping and toning your lower body and will dramatically
increase your fitness levels. RPM is very focused on safety and creating
intensity through simulating varying terrains throughout the class. Powerful
music provides a stimulating and motivating atmosphere that will empower
you to test your limits!

Personal
training
Personal Training is a service available to all members
for an additional fee. Personal Training was introduced to provide members
with a personalized results based training program. The sessions are 30
minutes long and offer a balance of intensity and variety that will enable
you to achieve your goals quickly. The benefits go further than just the
session with your fitness consultant monitoring your results on a regular
basis.
Some of the reasons to do Personal Training:
- Motivation … your personal trainer will help you
stay on track and is with you every step of the way.
- Will help you with your form and technique.
- Our personal trainers are all fully accredited. They
are constantly updated with all the latest training techniques
- Your personal trainer will keep you accountable for all
your exercise while you are training on your own
Our Personal Trainers will consult with your specialist
if you are recovering from an injury.
