There is a new face in The Gap Health and Racquet Club...
Her name is Jess and she is here to help guide you in your fitness journey. Whether you are joining the gym for the first time or have been a member for many years, Jess is here to help you make the most of the facilities on offer at our centre. With a Diploma in Fitness Coaching, she has experience in Personal Training, Rehab, Sports Injury and Functional Movement and is very excited to start her new role as Fitness Consultant.

As a Fitness Consultant, Jess will be available to all members for consultations regarding health and fitness reviews and guidance as to which of our many services are best suited to your needs and goals. Jess is an outgoing and friendly person keen to meet and get to know members, so feel free to say hello.

Jess will be available to all members for consultations during the following hours:
Monday 4.00pm - 8.00pm
Wednesday 9:00am - 12.00pm
Saturday 8.00am - 11.00am

Standard Fitness Consultation - $39 (30 Min)
- Body composition measurements - weight, height and body fat percentage (Hip, Thigh, Chest and Waist measurements optional)
- Blood pressure reading
- Equipment instructions (including proper technique for using the weights room equipment)
- Discussion of your questions and concerns
- Review of classes and other facilities available

Review Consultation - $39 (30 Min)
- Review current training program
- Help with creating new program and "shake things up"
- Review and update fitness goals

Programming Consultation - $59 (60 Min)
Everything you receive in the Standard consultation plus: Personalised program creation and run-through with Jess

Full Programming & Follow-up - $79 (60 min + an additional 30 min reassessment at 2/3weeks)
All you receive above PLUS an additional 30min PT session and program review with Jess. Giving you a chance to ask questions and make adjustments.
