Adult coaching is available for all levels of players from beginners through to advanced players.
Classes are held in both the morning and evenings.
Learn the basics strokes and elements of tennis to enable you
to play games.
Further develop your tennis strokes at a more advanced level
and develop your all-round game play.
Discover new advanced techniques, tactical thinking through
skilled drills and match play.
Duration: Both 60 minute classes: 6 – 8 players to one coach
Cardio coaching is a hybrid class of 30-mins coaching and 30-mins cardio tennis.
During the first half of the lesson you will learn and improve your tennis technique and skills. In the second half, the coach becomes the motivator. Music will be turned up and the class will ramp up into a cardio workout using tennis drills and activities.
